⭐️ No smoking in the home is allowed.

⭐️ Please do not attempt to open sheds or locked closet in master bedroom.

⭐️ The large cleared land area can be walked on, please DO park in the front or to the right of the home beside the shed area.

⭐️ Please do not leave children or animals unattended to. There is a stack of cinder blocks out behind a shed and wood under the garage carport. These areas should be avoided. Also please do not attempt to use yard equipment under pole barn.

⭐️ No ATV or dirt bikes allowed to be rode on the property.

⭐️No fires are allowed on the property of any kind at any time.

⭐️ You may use the water hose near the home or the pump house (it’s longer and better pressure) to clean your boat.

⭐️ We only have enough roof cover for a small boat to be stored but will have room for larger boats soon. Do not try to access sheds. The pump house water knob is the one on the right. The left turns on/off supply to the house.

⭐️ Fence has 8ft gate opening. There is a lot of right of way on the side of the road and we have parked buses, and large RV’s out there for days at a time with no issues, the fence line is well within our property.

⭐️ At no time is a camper, RV, Bus or tents allowed to be lived in at the property.

⭐️ There is one closet to hang up items in, the kids room. The other spare bedroom closet can also be used for storage. The master closet is used for storage.

⭐️ At no time are fires allowed on the property. If bringing a grill please keep it a good distance away from the home (absolutely do not grill on the porches) and the coals must be completely extinguished.

⭐️ The home uses propane for stove use. At no time can this line be disconnected.

⭐️ Owners live in the nearby area please let us know if there are any questions, issues or anything you may need.

⭐️ Please do not flush wipes, women's products or anything that normally would not be flushed down a drain. The septic system and plumbing can not accommodate them. Doing so could shorten your stay and incur charges for damages.
